  6. * HTML files are now treated as text entities and thus don't
  7. require the <!DOCTYPE HTML SYSTEM> "framing tags."

  9. * Quotes and other Frame characters are converted to something
  10. sane
  11.  
  12. * Named anchors convert nicely.

  14. In general, it's possible to grab the source of a web document,
  15. save it in an .html file, fire up framemaker, edit it, save it
  16. back out, and browse it with www again. (be careful with relative
  17. anchors...)

  19. It's also possible to develop a whole local web of Frame documents
  20. and then save them as HTML and put them on a server (you have to
  21. stick to the HTML tags... can't use just any old frame files). It makes
  22. a nice compliment to the MidasWWW browser.
